whats funny about the whole thing is, they use the blm hashtag and it pretty much blocks any info there may be about blm protest etc

I also read that celebrities have raised 17 million dollars in a fund to assist those arrested for protesting. Where were all these assholes when people were losing their jobs and homes, they were playing fucking concerts inside of their basements like that was going to help...SMH

The big one that hurts is REI. My wife each year does a section of the Colorado Trail with her family and that store has all the supplies needed. Had a huge order ready for pickup (her new tent, stove, etc and boots for the new dog). REI closed all stores until June 4th in support of this BS. Cancelled my order today and now I am on the hunt for Ruffwear boots for the dog before we leave for Havasu. Dog needs something when walking to the Islander dog area.

I unfollowed one former co worker but it wasn't for BLM, it was for the other BS he's been posting.

I chose instead to make a post stating that IMO the lives of the innocent people that have died in the USA at the hands of rioters last week matter as well, however there will be no marches, no outcry that they were wronged, in many cases there will be no justice either, all that they will leave behind is pain for their family and friends.

Finding a number for the US as a whole is surprisingly difficult, however I found as low as 12 as high off 55.
