Anyone interested in producing/marketing a hull? These molds come with a pretty strong pedigree---Dan Arena.

I believe the plan for the boat was to use every kind of drive, outdrive, outboard and v-drive. I do know that the Arenas were instrumental in surface-piercing propulsion, and worked with Arneson on his system. Their early hydroplanes were certainly the creme of the crop in their day!

Doesn't really look like much of a v-drive boat if you ask me.

Kinda looks like a Challenger bottom. Probably most efficient as shown with a whacker.
