We are selling our beautiful home in Reno. If you know anyone who is interested in relocating to the Reno/Tahoe area, this home is perfect. 35 minutes to Lake Tahoe and 20 minutes to some of the best skiing in the country. 7 minutes to the airport and everything else is bikeable with bars and the best restaurants in town super close by. The home is fully remodeled and absolutely flawless in every way. This is the best zip code in the Reno area which is 89511 with an average home price of over 500k. Homes one minute down the street are well over a million.
We have renovated everything for the past three years from the outside in and looks like a model home.
4 bed, 2 bath, 2 1/3 garage (room for a work area), single level ranch that is contemporary and mid century modern. Such great neighbors and the best neighborhood. 12 to 14 foot ceilings throughout. Full maple laminate through whole home except in bathrooms where there is modern tiles (no carpet anywhere).
Will work a serious deal for anyone that comes directly to me and let's us rent back until our new home is done. Aprox 1850 sq feet of living space and we are asking $540,000.00.
