hmmmmmm...

i found this. http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billavista/Chevy/tech/Prodigy/

so i DONT need the seprate harness they are talkin about here??

Is the truck a classic or nnbs? (07+)

99-07 (classic) had a harness that was attached to the jack with a fuse under the back seat.(If this is missing you will need a harness/fuse)

07+ nnbs the wires are taped up under the dash(slightly off set to the right of the steering wheel) and there is no fuse. just a wire you attach under hood at battery box.

2001 GMC came with a plug/harness and a big fuse.

Plugged in the harness under the rights side of the steering wheel, connected the wires, done deal.

If you don't want to do it have the trailer hitch shop or RV dealer do it.

I sent him over to Hitch Depot. They charged him a whole 30 bucks, and he was back in less than an hour!
