Escrow on my chino house closes this week locked that in at 4.5 over 30. Vacation home I have around 40 down and gotta look at loans. I like the furnishing though because I was also factoring that into money down

this is a great boaters house .. 5min from Windsor... the drive way is set up deep to have extra parking and able to turn around the boat
to back in to the garage without having to back in from the street

thanks, I spent a lot of time on the lot driving around and placed the house where you get the most use.. one of the main things is being able to park everything off street , you can drive a truck into the rear yard,.
you can turn around on the lot so you never have to back out in to traffic...
also you can park truck and boat in front of the garage to clean... there are hose bibs on both ends of the garage inside...protect from freezing., sun bake.. and hose thieves

there are two three door fridges , both with ice makers..bg screen tvs in every room. plank floor tile throughout..oil rubbed bronze fixtures. excessive amount upper end cabinettes.. all with custom granite by 82daytona

every room has custom ceiling fans...
all the walls are santa fe texure.... murals, ad faux painted through out..

house is total insulated and sealed.. all the interior walls insulated and sealed..

up graded sinks and chair height toiles...

theres bags of doe thrown at this house, it was a keeper...

I'm throw'n the towel. gonna learn to relax .wanna travel
