Crossroads or strokes would be my first choice if I didn't make my own.

RoadRunner! Chilli cheese omelet is pretty killer and their French toast is good too. Wash it all down w/ a RoadRaper. Kids can feed the ducks and fish under the dock

Ruperto's on the 95 is good for breakfast burritos. Not bad for the price and they put chunks of bacon in it, not just strips. They are pretty quick too

That's our usual go-to place for breakfast. Love them ladies in there. Great hospitality and food!
