What he's referring to is not "our" behavior, as in "you or me", but the behavior of the supposed "good guy red blooded american", who is flipping off and/or screaming at the delivery drivers, that are not the enemy, who shares the same viewpoint as "us", and has to take the heat, as he has to provide for his family. The delivery driver hates what happened in corporate, absolutely does not agree with it, had no say in it, but is taking abuse all day from people that share his same viewpoint. That is sad.
