Set up for the Summit.. Chimey of coals on the top rack (searing heat), put all those coals on the left side of the Weber in charcoal basket. It was at 450-500 degrees in 15 minutes... BTW.. the coals where left over from yesterdays meatloaf cook.. I think I added a few more to it... I may have consumed 1/4 of them for this cook.. Close the upper and lower vents. When I am done.. fire goes out.. the coals are there for next time.
Put the Rubbed down Wings on the right side of the grill, . flipped every 10 minutes, when they hit about 155 internal temp... I coated one side with the Hawaiin BBQ Sauce, and sprinkled more rub. About 7-8 Minutes later, flipped them, more sauce, more rub..
Sweet, Spicy, BBQ flavor, served with some Blue cheese dressing... Those where good.. gotta remember this recipe
