Are you trying to accomplish by yourself? If so, use wix, square space, or weebly.

Built my own. I'm a dumb ass pipefitter.
Very simple site.
Find a .com name you like.
You'll need a host. I use Zenfolio, or Smugmug or........
Then an ISP. I use GoDaddy. Their customer service is excelent.
Its not real easy but not ridiculous either.
Took me a week of emails between both providers. Cost me zilch to do it. About $300.00 a year to keep it up and running.
17 years now.
Im sure its easier these days.
