Whatever you do, don't get one of those instant pots! ;) Seasoned and foil wrap'd burgers, spaghetti , Meatloaf, lapskcaus!😆

I had to give my friend the number after I gave them some burger! Keeps saying the wagyu steaks they bought doesn't even compare! -- And the best smelling bbq ever! 😆

Cooked up a ribeye 🥩 for myself and a top sirloin for the wife since she doesn’t like the “fatty” meats lol. Made some veggies in foil to go along with it. Amazing dinner. Maybe she’ll get lucky and get a fillet next time 😝

Since my FIL butchered a cow for the family this summer we are hooked on farm to table beef.
Want to switch over to your program (FIL is on the NM/TX border), but still have 80% of the 1/4 we got Father’s Day weekend. Hopefully soon I will be texting or calling

Sunday's pandemic beef, flank steak. The label didn't mention it was tenderized, but I made the best of it.
Trimmed and butterflied, I still can't get over the rich red color. Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

Next up, cream cheese.

After that, some chipotle peppers

Then, fresh roasted bell pepper

Lastly, sautéed onions, mushrooms and spinach.

Roll it up and tie it and season with a Montreal steak seasoning.

Seer it over hot coals for a few minutes per side.

Then, indirect to an internal temp of 130*

Rest for 10 minutes and YUM!

While it was cooking, We enjoyed the trimmings that had marinated in a vinegar BBQ sauce.

Picked up my 1/2 order on Saturday. Here’s 154 pounds. The other 154 pounds are in my parents freezer. Largest deliver yet! Joel and Amy are great people and we’re 💯 satisfied with their product. Thanks again!

I was fortunate enough to to get in on this last Saturday’s delivery. Easily fit the meat and BlueBell in the one seat Camry.
