Been working 6 days a week again, but that doesn’t mean there’s no time for fun. Saturday I had to teach a fall protection class.

After class I tried to get home quick to clean the animals pens and get ready for monster jam. No good deed goes unpunished. Dogs broke my fence so I had to deal with that, still things could be worse.
Made it to monster jam right on time. My two older boys love it and I figured my youngest would too. I don’t know how, but for some reason I forgot how loud it was. Baby got scared and was crying, I thought fuck this sucks it’s not going to work. There was some super cool people and they gave me some foam ear plugs. Luke calmed down after a few minutes and I turned out to be a really good time.

Sunday was the boat show and I had planned to go Friday but got caught at work. The boys wanted to go to knotts so I said fuck it well do both
lots of activity at all the companies. Lots of wake board boats and pontoons. Something that caught my eye was the seating arrangements for the big Nordic cats. Where do your legs go? I can’t see that being comfortable but I’m also not in the market so my opinion doesn’t mean much. I talked to jack at the Barron booth and honestly that was the most exciting thing for me at the boat show. If what we talked about comes to life you’ll see me in a Barron deck in a few seasons. Shot the shit with Stacy and Dave for a bit and really had a good time at the show. It was crazy how busy it was and how many boats got sold. All in all it was bitchin. 10 minutes drive from my parents, parking was decent at 12 bucks. Dad has a blue placard so we walked maybe 50 steps to the ticket booth. Everyone was there and everyone had cool stuff to show off. Really cool boat show this year.
after the show the boys still wanted to hit knotts so that’s what we did.
