I've been building a CanAm for the past few months in my spare time, thought i'd share some of the progress. This will be a 2900 car for BITD. Your car looks Awesome! You have a ton of talent!

How much time do you think you have in it to the last pic? Did you do your own suspension arms? I am in aw of people who can just spit out quality work like that.
    Keep us posted!

    Blue tape saves tubing!

Thank you, I would guess I have about 70-80 hours in it at this point. It took 2 nights just to tear it down, before I even started cutting tubing off. It's pretty amazing how well these work in stock form, considering they are held together by paper thin tubing and rivets. So many rivets. I didn't include a picture, but I cut the entire center out of the car to replace the tubing with 4130. I think this will be a safe car for a long time. The control arms are made by HCR. Really nice pieces. I'm building this for a customer, so it made sense to purchase the arms, since I couldn't build them for the 4500.00 they cost.
Expecting the radiator, clutches, diff and other parts soon, i'll keep updating as things get done.

Made some headway this last week and today, got the clutches installed, and the quick release clutch cover kit set up. The rear cage and spare tire area leaves room for a jack and spare axles/tie rod/rear link.
