Different than when obama was elected. The democrat party has taken a hard left turn in the last several years. I wish I could agree with you on all of this.

Agree on getting priorities straight and spending time with friends and family- I hate seeing some of my friends wound up so tight but I get it.

This isn't just about who landed in the White House. Most important is how they landed there. Media and tech bias have changed the game and censorship beyond anything Orwell could have dreamed up. Even my left leaning customers have come right out and said there's no way this was clean.

I'm not mad or sad anymore, I'm numb to it. I don't love or hate the right or the left but I sure loved the process that kept them in check.

I was skeptical and cynical at best before this, and that was a good thing. Today, I have zero trust or faith in a system I once appreciated and that's going to take me a while to get my head around.

I don't know about his situation in particular. I know I saw a lot of construction shops close up the last go around. My guess would be some filed BK, others defaulted on a lot of stuff. It is a whole different ballgame owning a business than being an employee. Knowing the trades is one thing, but knowing the trades and keeping everything else in line a bitch. I don't fault people for their past. I didn't file, but could have. I'm also not driving anything shiny new, or have any toya that are from this century. Happier though, and I rarely feel like killing anyone.

What I mean is sometimes the words are better, or more important, than your feelings for who spoke or wrote them. If someone you disslike sings your favorite song, does the song lose it's value to you? It goes the other way as well. If someone you respect, or think well of, says something stupid, do you think higher of the words, less of the person?

I’m glad you are feeling better but this is laughable. You cried for 5 years that Trump was going to get us into WWIII, was a secret agent for Russia, was going to ruin the economy, and that the US was going to turn into Nazi Germany.
