Can whip lights be fixed?

These came on the car I just picked up, they have a few dead spots. Can they be repaired? Brand is Firestik but I don’t see that they even carry them anymore on their website.

the short ones are great they don’t get snagged in trees, but not to code if you ride in state parks....

They are cheap strip lights wrapped around a fiberglass rod then covered in a clear tube. They are only as good as the product used, I’ve had no real issues with my Safe Glow, sometimes you gotta give it a smack, but only two that seem reputable are the Safe Glow and 5150 Whips

I have a 4' 5150 multi color with remote id sell cheap. Its about a year old, minimal use.
I switched to 3' gorrilla. 2 of them
I already had a warranty issue with one of the gorrilas after about 2 hours of use.
Without details, the 5150 is 100% better on warranty and customer service

Anyone needs the 5150 let me know. Its at the lake and we are there all the time
