Got a couple rolling through Newport Harbor this year.... went and test rode em in Back Bay.... called harbor patrol to check rules, said causes a wake so "no go"... Wake? Really?

Not the case as of recent. The reality is that they are now considering them a water vessel! My BIL has one, same thing… rides back bay. In theory it would need a vessel number and whatever other b.s. goes along with having a motorized “vessel”. Lame
