From what I've experienced, the carpet kits are very HOT!!! when exposed to sunlight. You really want one?

I do.... this is my first boat with out karpet and I have nevere minded the heat plus it keeps the floor so much cleaner

...haha...probably did...that's why he's looking for used......if it is going to be a snap-in dealio, try a "carpet house" that can seal the edges...get the carpet and cut to fit, seal/cap the edges, install snaps on carpet and floor...voila..."cheeper" custom carpet...rdsux...
