Strictly a rumor- I heard the other day the gaming commission would not issue a license due to the lack of fire protection and it has snow balled, causing delays. Something about the casino and hotel being all connected.

Indian casinos are self regulated so I doubt this is true . They would be taking money away from them selves

Self regulated by a national board.
I’m sure the County is involved too, because I know for a fact they were told due to the occupancy size of the hotel, they would need to increase the staffing that’s there (volunteers currently). It was a battalion chief that tends to know quite a bit of what’s happening out there apparently.
