Catalina Race Competing Records

Hobo brought up a point about the #P6 boat perhaps holding the record for competing in the most in the CSR's. The "participant record" of the number of races STRAIGHT goes to Gary Heinbuck @ 37 years. I'm one year behind him @ 36 years. Along with others, I do recall the P6 boat competing many times however...
What boat has really competed in the most CSR's?

until last year I would have said Herbst's Scarab or Satisfaction on the big boat side.

:thumbsupMr Terrible and p6 will be close.but remember before that the boat of choice for af ew years was 32ft spectra. but most prefer the smaller faster boats at that time i myself have been around a few years... started racing in 1975
