So I've seen it in the automotive world, but recently saw that companies are doing it on boats now. Has anyone had their boat coated? Charged per foot or what kind of money are we talking about? and are you happy with the surface and shine compared to regular wax?

let me know what you guys have seen and what you think. thanks!

Call Jon at attention to detail in Havasu. I think he posts as YFZRIDER on here.

Give me a call if you would like to discuss pricing. I will say, most people are quite shocked when they here the cost per foot. But, you are getting a lot of benefits. My coatings have either a 2 or 3 year warranty. The resist scratching, withstand heat up to 1100 degrees. You should not have to do an exterior detail for the lifetime of the coating. I also do interior nano coatings for boats as well. You can get more info on my site www.attention2detaillhc.com

I had my blue done around the tri toon railing and my black merc 350 verado done and it looks sweet!
I paid $1000.

But the guy that did mine has to clean up the transom area as he washed the motor he didn’t rinse the mild acid wash off the transome box and now I have spots and big droplets that etched the aluminum ... ugh !!!!! it’s like 2 steps foreword and one step back when you have things done in Havasu! My logs on my tri toon have been polished and shark hided and now I get to deal with this.....

Word to the wise
Inspect your boat extremely well when you pick it up! Luckily I paid the dealer and he can fix it! Yahoooooo

I had my Skater transom up to my hatch & both outboards done from top of cowls thru the mids. It works great and waaaaay easier to clean up the salt stains etc. Very happy I did it.

I did my boat last summer and am very happy with it. The only problem I’ve had was the transom is getting redone as we speak. I think it has to do with the hot exhaust and water mix. Cleaning the boat up is very easy after boating all day. Just a wet microfiber towel and that’s it.
