Back in the 80's, I was in New Orleans for business, and a group of us went to K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen for a Cajun dinner.
What an experience. The food was outstanding. They hand printed the menu every day for the evening's offerings. At the end of the meal, once we paid our check, we were allowed to go back to the kitchen and PP would autograph the menu. He was on his scooter those days due to his weight issues. Just a real nice guy and a great chef.
