I enjoy chic-fil-a and I enjoy Fish. Maybe I’ll give it a try.

I’m not catholic, don’t do Lent. But how is Fish not meat? I’ve never understood this nor have I gotten an answer.

basically boils down to the church way back in the day felt poltry and land based meats were a luxury item but fish was not. Link to a an explanation

I do sure enjoy Chic fil a! I gotta tell ya, I've always been a big fan of the filet o fish sandwich at McDonalds too, which actually has a really cool backstory of its own that includes a local McDonalds owner pitching the fish sandwich to get those on lent to keep buying from McD's. the original founder (the dude that scammed the real original founders of McDonalds of course that's a whole other interesting story) thought it was a stupid idea and wanted to do a Hula Burger with pineapple. He said they'll put both sandwiches out and whichever won would go on the menu. Fish won. Rest is history. Cool story though.
