Odd that the US Ambassador had to call Ford to to tell them this. No one from the factory knows how to contact an internal customer?

My old company moved one of the manufacturing facilities to Mexico...it’s strange how things end up working. Lots of ineptitude, lots of people covering their own ass, lots of questions...I’m willing to bet $$ that if everything was pencilled out, the move cost more money than it saved...long term. My favorite term is “hidden costs”...those not necessarily quantifiable without looking at the big picture over a long period of time.

I'm impressed they were able to train them little dogs to put engines together!
