Who's using the break to prep for the late season opener?

Started working on some parts that came off when the boat went in for gel work and have the entire boat wet sanded, polished and waxed.
All of these were powder coated purple and some of it was starting to peel. Paint stripper and a quick polish. Still working on the stringer washers.

Hey Brad, the new plates look great all bolted up. Hopefully they went on with no problem. Thanks again for the opportunity to work on them. The entire boat looks fantastic. Enjoy.
It's getting there. Thanks!

Yup, had Sammons make a new one that actually has some travel. :D

Nice!

I don't need, but what did you do with the hex stuff? My old Hondo still has it and its intact, but I know its hard to come by now.

I just sold most of it, I had two sets. When I bought it the set screws in the pillow block bushings weren't gibb tip, bar was pinned in place. That plus the L metal backing plate limited the travel.

I love that hull and yours is coming out beautiful! the sneak peek of the blower is sexy!!
I looked at these hard in the early 2000's, was talking with Howard about having them lay up a bare hull for me and that is when I discovered that they built a twin to my Sanger. Looking thru pictures in the office and come across a 19' that has the exact same colors and design of my Sanger. The guy I bought my Sanger from (Bare Hull) had them match the boat in gel coat, it was beautiful. I had the opportunity a year later to by that 19' and have twins but I couldn't pull it off at the time. I have never seen that boat show up anywhere in all these years. There is a 19' floating out there that looks just like this.

Yep that boat looks bitchen as always! Can't wait to see it out on the water! 👍

I picked up this set of used Weld wheels last week. I wanted an older style aluminum wheel for my '88 Toyota, and these fit the bill perfectly. They were priced right too!! 😎

With winter upon us and the CV-19 nonsense locking everyone down, I'm surprised nobody has bumped this thread yet! I'm sure I'm not the only one sitting around looking for crap to clean up! 😁

Finally getting some tires slapped on these wheels. Slowly but surely!

Not necessarily boat related, but it's definitely shiny! 😁 I know the intent if this thread was geared towards v-drives, but for now, this is all I can add to bump this thread.
