Chuck Roast, but smoked like a Brisket

StaterBros didnt have any briskets, honestly I didnt need a 8-13 lb er any way.

Had a hankering for some BBQ sammich’s and this recipe gets the job done

Roast, sprayed with oil, your rub, smoke at 235ish till its done, or fall apart tender

Good news about this, typically the crust is on each bite… that makes a good sammich

Served on Onion Buns, sliced red onions, bit of sauce

Side is smoked beans, with sautéed onions, bell peppers, jalepenos, garlic hint of bbq sauce, your rub, and add some cumin.

Chuck Best all around and most versatile of roasts. Good to have on on hand.

COSTCO has 6 lb choice briskets often. They smoke nicely.
