$12M for being a darn criminal.

he deal includes $12 million for the family and also several police reforms, including hiring social workers to assist officers in certain calls, new drug testing rules, an incentive for officers to live in some low-income neighborhoods and a new level of scrutiny over search warrants.

She had 2 vehicles that were tied to a drug sting where she allegedly was involved in moving drug money from empty drug houses for drug dealers. Jail house calls also tied her to picking up and moving the drug money on tape. Thats why the warrant was issued. Also boyfriend had a gun and I believe fired on officers during execution of warrant.

That is the basics of what I have heard too. The cops enter on a "No Knock", take rounds, one officer is hit in the leg, and they return fire hitting the chick. Pretty sure the dude was arrested. Funny how the media never talks about any of the reasons why the cops were there in the first place.
