Oh well, it was my second choice. I initially was going to pick up a Jetmate but it sold before I got there.

That is the early Cole cruiser before the Super Hawk and Nighthawk. I think OSB’s Dad has one with an outboard on it.

Looks a lot like a 19' Dana super sport that my buddy had as a jet boat. George told me that those Dana's had a Hornet bottom and worked really well. The drop chines are a clue to those two hulls. Ill send the link to George and ask him, if he had a hand in it, good chance he'll remember or at least be able to ID the hull

I always get a kick out of this one too.

Even in 2010 thats not a $8500 boat.

Typically, if a vdrive cruiser is really worth $8500 you’re going to need to put another 10k in it to make it solid. Rebuild vdrive, new strut, new rudder , etc.

Yah you right and that’s OSB Dads Cole I think. I saw the Vdrive at the Billy B show it does look very familiar to the Southwind mini cruiser

The V-drive in question is no doubt a Southwind, either out of the original molds or someone splashed it. About 15 years ago Dana owned the molds. Don't know what happen to them since? Hackjob from the old forums built one, a jet, and raced it when they re-introduced the parker enduro some years ago. tony scarlata drove it in the race.
