As of tomorrow the drought will be over! All the tears from LA and San Francisco are going to bring the reservoirs back up to reasonable levels! The water may have a bit of salinity in it at first but it will be ok. However it will be short lived as that water will be used to put out all the fires the irate libbies will be starting.

Nah, we won't let any collect in the reservoirs to fight fires. We'll let it dump into the ocean to save the delta smelt and the Madagascar fruit tree bat, or whatever the endangered species du jour is at the moment...
