Im gonna keep the tanks they are aluminum and are covered in carpet glue goop lol... We are probably going to take them out and powder coat them black... I am really excited to get this boat going, hopefully it will be done around May...

Wow that thing really looks nice Chuck. This is Greg who overheated the original motor that came in that thing. Looks like you got rid of that tunnel ram and went blown, hope that thing comes alive for yah. Hope your towing business is doing well through these tuff economical times. Hey Guys,

It has been a long long process but that is mainly my fault lol, I wan't this thing to be perfect in every aspect before hitting the water. We are waiting for the Glass shop to free up to get some Gel work done and also have them check the bottom for any hook that needs removing....

I am hoping to have this done within a couple months :champagne:

No new news yet. Still at the glass shop getting finalized. Mike called me last week asking what colors I want for anodizing as all the parts came back from the polisher. Hoping to still get this thing done soon. We still need to do the carpet and new upholstery .... Just hope I can get this thing back for some river runs in september... It's been way too long lol

We are doing a red gelcoat on the transom and through the middle all the way up.. And on the anodizing is gonna be moslty clear and black through out the boat... On the back the plates are gold as well as the transom mount with the pillow blocks black.. Pretty much what my brothers boat looked like.

Mike also told me that all of the anodizing is done and ready to get picked up!! The boat still has about a week left over at the glass shop....

Here are some pics from the glass shop.. It looks like off a camera phone so the quality isn't there, but hopefully will snap a couple good ones in a week or so.

We only did the middle because floor boards and upholstery will cover the rest.. Plus we are putting in new carpet through out the boat, Should look great!!
