Contact at competitive trailers

Anybody have a sales contact at competitive, adrenaline, shadow and kokopeli?

A buddy of mine owns last chance marine in hemet and needs contacts for new trailer sales. I was by there this morning and he can't keep anything in stock. He was using extreme for higher end pontoons but they haven't been keeping to their end of the deal and mike is ready to switch vendors. He has interest in competitive as they are a good looking trailer and not a bank breaker. He also needs a contact for kokopeli for the aluminum trailers he puts all the fish and game boats on.


Anybody have any contacts or a direction I send Mike in?

Competitive closed their shop in Bellflower. Not sure if they started up somewhere else.

Yeah they did close but spooled back up. They are somewhere in havasu now, but i don't know anybody over there anymore

The original owner is a great guy too bad Bellflower close it was quite a facility and he did warranty work for a lot of trailer manufactures like enclosed trailers

Dan Araujo was the original owner of Competitive Trailers back in the late 1960s. Dan sold the Bellflower property a few years back, then decided to start a smaller shop in Havasu (1520 Corona Drive) -- Some health issues changed that plan, and he sold what was left from the Havasu shop to a father/son team from Corona. Not sure if they still operate a shop in Havasu or if everythig moved to their Corona operation. I'll give Mike at Last Chance some contact info.

I actually just got off the phone with art from competitive. They are alive and well. I gotta say art seems like a decent guy, I will be emailing him tomorrow with some specs and needs for the trailers. Glad to see competitive coming back

Competitive Trailers is under new ownership. In early 2022 it had changed hands. But, not to worry the company that bought it also has a company that manufactures and repairs out of San Diego as Henry Trailers. We manufacture aluminum and galvanized trailers there as well as service thousands of trailers annually. We also have mobile trucks for pick up and drop off service, towing, and fleet maintenance.

The Lake Havasu location will be manufacturing year round. We also perform service on trailers from October thru March and by APPOINTMENT ONLY. So if you want the preventative maintenance done that’s when we offer it. We can pick your boat up and drop it off from your home or storage unit. Serviced front to back top to bottom.

When it comes to a trailer we do everything on them. Tires, wheel, axles, brakes, electrical, fabrication, bunks, suspension etc.
