Contractor Recommended for Concrete Patch

Looking for a Contractor who can come to our river house (Hillcrest Bay, Parker) to quote replacing the sidewalk/driveway concrete. The Water Company had a main line leak at a fitting under my concrete. I believe its approximately 5'x6' in size, but will confirm when we get there tonight/this weekend.
