This house is vintage for sure; a time capsule.. I said I didn't want anything from my grandma when she passed. However, if whoever buys the home decides to bulldoze it, I want the backsplash tiles in the kitchen. They are from around 1956 when my grandfather re-did the kitchen. We love mid-century modern stuff.

I hope you get every penny. Homes in Newport are moving for big numbers in the last couple months. Zillow etc. has gone up 600K on ours since December, and it really needs a bulldozer.
