Have an interesting lead on property in Riverside, was wondering what the range is these days for single level residential? I know lumber is crazy expensive

That's more than $100/SF than it costs to build in Collin County, north of Dallas.

I’d say more like $200/ft.

Been building customs there for years, mostly south of Van Buren, Woodcrest area. Built my first st 22. I know the area & market pretty well.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Yup that's where it's at, need to see if even possible to build two dwellings. I know can't subdivide under 5 acres or what not. Will find out more soon.
