Biggest problem are the friends of members and the people there for the freebee weekend or RV sales people there for a comp'd stay. Never fails that's how the story goes.

It's always a cousin . And even the family knows he is going to be a problem but he is still family . Although the last renters next to me looked nice on paper but turned out to be chicken shit ass holes !

Colorado River Adventures. Emerald, Rio, Windmill 1&2, Echo, Big Bend. A park in Beaumont, one in Pizmo and another in Julian in the Palomar Mtns.

Yea it may require some hand to hand combat lol, biggest thing right now is the kids and golf carts. Someone will get ran over soon and so slowing that down may be a good thing. Probably a bar fight 2 weekends out of the 4 and maybe some nudity if your lucky. Dogs off of leash seem to be a hot topic right now with a few people being bit so a dog whisperer type will work well.
