If it's significant difference, they should run it like bracket racing. Give the slower boat the start/time gap to make it a photo finish. More driver vs. driver match than just hp to hp.

Didn't pred 1 have 1500 on each side? Never broke 160 I don't think. P2 has 1700 on each side and I think can be turned up to some ridiculous 2200 hp number. Unless P1 has been secretly re rigged with bigger motors I'll take who is P2 for 1000 alex.

Off topic, Carson and I are lake testing that Brummett 21 on thursday morning. He hasn't driven it for about 10 years. Lately I've noticed a bit of wussy soft in him. I wonder if he has any guts left to actually mash the foot throttle.

Every time I look at that boat it still amazes me how nice of a job he did back in 87.

He won't take it over 50...He did the same things when he did the motor in my Schiada. Yea that boat was as sick as they came. Its still looks unreal for how long it just sat. My dad had the other one of Tom's his "practice boat" It was a blast to drive!
