Full hook ups? Is north away from the dunes? Never been to glamis just wondering.
Yes, it’s out near slab city and Salvation Mountain, kinda.

The chatter bumps are terrible in the area but lots of cool stuff to see around there. Lots of hot springs, tectonic plate movement, caves, Pinnacles, and you can ride to Chiriaco Summit.

It’s pretty fun and different from both Glamis and Ocotillo.

Pretty much. I said it’s kinda near Slab City because Glamis North is about 10-15 miles north of Slab City and Salvation Mountain.

Fun place if you like to see something a little different.

Glamis North also has full hookups and restaurant/bar along with hot spring pools.

It’s not far from Bombay Beach. I took my Dad there and it brought back a whole bunch of memories for him. He used to race boats and vacation at Salton Sea and the Bombay area. He was pointing out all kinds of shit he remembers. My Dad is 66.

What River rats said

It’s different
The kids love the mineral pools.
I have full shock therapy set up, PRP seats on a can am, and the chatter still gets to my wife’s neck after a day of riding

It’s worth a trip if you’ve never been.
Fountain of Youth resort is nearby with same deal and many say it’s nicer.
Look both up and decide

Been a long 10.5 months. Move-in day is tomorrow. Pretty damn stoked with how everything turned out. (Temp fridge, btw, which is why it doesn't fit. Ours is backordered.)
Kitchen, great room, master closet & shower, workout room (will have rubber flooring installed tomorrow)

After that I took my kid down to the little cruise on mccollugh and had dinner qt juicys

Both trucks are nice. What trim level is the Silverado and what all did you have painted? I like the look of it...

The silverado is a z71 with the RST package. We painted the lower bumper valance, the textured step pockets in the rear bumper and also painted the vents on the side of the front bumper where the "fangs" are

Is it a paved road or dirt? What did you drive on it?

Looks like a good day drive...
it's old route 66, paved and crooked. I drove a nissan cube, that I tow behind my RV. I went from needles to kingman and back.

Comp day with strings attached. Help the boss with several others pull 13 strands of cable to complete 1 acre for his hops farm. 900 plants in the spring for about 400 lbs of buds.

Slab city was a Navy aviation training base in WWII, if I understand correctly.
