While I was doing this…

My grandson and his Dad the Asst Coach, did this.
His Team did better than mine
But we both had fun.
At least Grandma picked the winning Team
PS…he’s 6’2” with a size 14 shoe and turned 14 last week!

My buddies R/C shop got broken into again and they made off with 5k worth of shit so we put this up yesterday and did the door today

Obviously had to do some cutting, I did clean up the cut edges but I missed one and of course it's the one just above my hand when it slipped and went across my palm about 2.5 inches long. Laid me open pretty good and no real good way to bandage a palm so the best I can do, good thing I only operate equipment now.

To add, the original bandage was a paper towel, electrical tape and back to work

Had An amazing day out in the middle of the dessert For about 4 hours. Not bad for a couple of guys out on their maiden voyage. LOL. Made it to the bunker bar and had lunch. Thanks to @Sportin' Wood & @angiebaby as well as my wife Gen for putting up with me for that long of the day. Looking forward to the next time.

Did some desert shooting with my brother today, I had to break in a new rifle that will have a tragic boating accident soon. I'm really going to miss it.

Then driving back got to see some of the airshow at Nellis Air Force Base.

Solid Sunday in Havasu. Bike ride to breakfast at Boat House. Rode home and watched some football and did a little yard work. Finished up with Chabones happy hour.

Where at? Wife took me to see them few years back and it was one of my favorite concerts I’ve ever been to.

This was in downtown Phoenix....its a noted departure from their traditional shows. Its acoustic and centers around their new album which is comprised from lyrics from Woody Guthrie's archives. Honestly it was probably one of the best shows I've ever been to. Ken came down into the front few rows a number of times giving fist bumps etc. I've seen them a few times, if you can catch this current tour though I highly recommend it..it's all theaters, not open areas as they would normally do. Ken gave a lot of commentary during the show about the lyrical history etc of stuff, it was just an all around neat show. I was 3 rows in, got to shake his hand during the show. That was cool in itself, having listened to them since probably middle school when they came out in the 90's.

Jaime Wyatt, and another guy on the steel lap guitar. Honestly they were a great show in themselves. Would 100% go see her again. She also did the duet part of "I'll never get drunk no more" with DKM during the show. She's Nashville based but I think she's from CA originally?

I'm going to see DKM in Boston over St-Paddy's weekend. Have a feeling that show will be more "traditional"

Just some trivia…….. But 20 years ago, Riverdave and myself were the guys on the jetski’s, pulling the drag boats to the starting line. I got RD the gig. We drank too! Lol
