Granddaughter got this prayingmantis egg from I think Lowes a few weeks ago. They hatched today, label says between 200-400 baby mantis will emerge from this durt doubler type nest and sure as shit 5 weeks later we let em loose in our garden area as they are great for controlling pesty other bugs. Zoom in as more than half had already left the nest and more were emerging. Gonna be a mantis summer I'm sure.

How was Castiac today? Those Fire Hawks are impressive, I loaded the first patient into LACOFD's Fire Hawk when they got them in front of Leo Carillo. Lots and I mean lots of rotor wash.

Lake was nice, a bit windy but to be expected...
life guard said they have been doing training all week. The sky crane was also out playing with water.

I have never wrapped anything before, so I hope it holds up.

Any specific reason you wrapped that exhaust system? If you need protection I’d recommend running a shield vs. using a wrap if that thin wall tubing is titanium like I think it is.

Has boating ever not been great, even bad day are good days on the boat. Schiada's Rule!

Everyday on the water is a GREAT day!!

Boating is great too but most Schiada's owners do most of their boating in the garage..🤣 J/K

The heat was making air bubbles in the stickers one of the fairings.
so, I figured wrap and heat tape would do the trick.

My foot as of today! The bruising has subsided and I’m able to walk with a somewhat normal gait. I started PT work yesterday and today was my first day back at the shop.

A few picks from the last seven days. I couldn’t put any pressure on it for the first three days.

Bob is a great guy. He spent hours with us when we were building the 468 chevy for our 73 Mandella. I told him I was looking for 500 hp. Bob told us exactly what we needed. Bob even checked the crank himself to make sure it was good to use and loaned us some tools we didn’t have. When we were done, we had the engine on the dyno at Westech and wound up with 545 hp.
