Someone needs to toss a couple of flares into that bum resort. 👍 Sadly though it would be rebuilt in a week....

Yeah the tongs are invaluable. Get the long ones, I think mine are the second to the longest.

LOL You'd look odd too if you were slammed against a boulder 12 times before your picture was taken. ;)

There ya go, nuthin sez you're not welcome here, than being slammed against the rocks a dozen times  😂 Or being shot 😁

The city actually tore down a 2 story tent today in Marina Del Rey. Yes, 2 stories lol

The comments are great in this....

“Yet I need a permit for a patio cover but this is okay blocking a public sidewalk “!

The good news is these people will soon be getting $1k a month under the mayors plan to help fix the problem.

Looks like this at every bush/tree along 405 in Long beach. Now they got some do good group going around around and cleaning up trash close to tent without disturbing them, truck loads of hefty bags are everywhere.

280mph winds and dust storms didn't stop us from trying out our new paddleboard and happy hour transport last night ( some dork called it a golf cart 😂) .

Love this thing. Four wheel disc, panhard rod and even a Momo steering wheel!

That's not a golf course either, it's a big green grass path to happy hours. Haha.

Kind of a 15yr anniversary present to eachother.

Sitting out on the patio having a cup of coffee at the new place. Absolutely thrilled to be in Havasu without having to rent. Frankly, the sting of what we had to pay is no longer bothering me and we are looking forward to spending a lot of time here.

I work that area a lot. I’d like to say it’s rare bits it’s definitely the norm now. Skid row has spread to South LA and Hollywood too. I’m starting to see it on the west side and my buddies in the valley notice it there too. I can only imagine in another 10 years. Trying to stay positive and enjoy the ride but it’s getting tougher.

Really nice cart.

Which battery option did you get?

Lead Acid, AGM or Lithium?

Nope, but you've got me curious. Doesn't appear to be over any of the Colorado River sections, unless it's north of Powell.

Yep looking straight at Parker dam. Springs on the left.
So cool how they pull that water off. I think I can even see those friggin dunes down in distance by Echo Park Resort... my body still hurts from the four wheeling we did one night.

That's what I initially thought, then I thought the bridge over the Bill Williams was a dam, because the Bill Williams reed area looked like another downstream lake --- Duh 🥴

So I started this homemade retaining rock wall today. No experience but seems pretty simple with what I'm thinking. Anyway dug out to place a couple rocks than came time to place them. Moved the 2 largest from the pile below and it was fucking tough. Like 80% of what I got, bear hugging the damn things. Not doing that again without the tractor.
