Sitting on-site tonight in beautiful Bakersfield waiting for the machine to finish working. Thanks for RDP to pass some time!

Interesting Dave. So when you update or retool equiptment you just create new anchor points in the fixture? Do you give tours of your facility? I works with several different types of manufacturers and it always fascinates me to see facilities and educational.

Well on this project it was a matter of having a 1970's mold that always ran in a 70's machine that finally died on us.
So to make the old tool to fit in a newer machine the simplest and most cost efficient option was to drill new ejector rod holes in the mounting platens.
Mag drill + center drill bit + 5/16 x 18" bit + 17/32 x 18" bit + 1 1/8 x 6" bit + about 4 hours for set-up and labor and it's ready for the tool to be set.

Your more than welcome to stop by anytime, I've had a hand full on inmates stop by for a tour, just give me a call before you come by.

Beautiful Spring Day in Colorado. Nice little May storm earlier this week in the high country. In the background, Longs Peak, a Colorado 14'er and Mount Meeker, a 13'er. Better know as the "Twin Peaks"!

Very cool. Who do you work for?
I’m a owner operator and have another Landoll as well that another O/O pulls for me full time. I work for several companies but that happened to be for West Coast Equipment and a telecommunications company. I work for ARB/PSC probably 75% of the time.

Very nice
ARB is big.

PM your contact stuff. I have to source heavy haul from Port Hueneme all the time to haul my cranes. We don't own a single truck. A small crawler takes 3 9-axles and about 12 to 15 falloff loads.
