Damn Dam Run “Meet and Greet and BBQ”

We are planning a Friday night “Meet and Greet” at Katherines around 7:00pm as well as a post Run BBQ (grill) on Saturday around 6.
I am bringing 2 36” blackstone griddles. Planning on Philly cheesesteaks (and chicken) on Friday. Street Tacos on Saturday.
there will be lots of kids, will be a fun family event for all.
Looking to get an idea of how many plan to attend as we are starting to purchase food and supplies tomorrow. No need for a huge list, just respond with your number of attendees for each night and I’ll have an idea of how much to buy.

I’ve got enough for 40 cheesesteaks tonight.
15 lbs each of Carne and chicken for tomorrow as well as a large tray of beans and rice.
