Received the truck reg in the mail for CA. For a 17' Ford 350 is $891 and I need a smog check already......

I hope this covers a pothole or 2.

Got 3 I got to drop in the mail. 1 is no complaints $10 for 5 years on my PJ dump. The other 2 $547 and $695 and those are cheap compared to the 3500s.

Ca has been threatening me with wage garnishment / bank account seizures unless I pay mine . I had to send proof that I moved and registered in Az.F Ca ! They claimed they would turn collection over to state board of equalization

WTF, smog already? I can get over the cost (my F350 DRW was more in May), but the smog part pisses me off. That’s another $50 for a visual inspection and only proves I have not modified anything at the time of the inspection.

I thought the smog was premature as well. I know what I'm doing tomorrow....

My 02 F350 service truck. I went with the 15K GCWR. If I had to declare weight in Ca, a 15K rating would've cost easily over a grand and ugly stickers.

Be out on my lake lice tomorrow. Leaving the perfect weather to the heat.
What heat? The weather is perfect I don’t even know if it was 95° today. Has been more boat traffic on the lake today for Thursday, not sure if there’s a regatta going on this weekend or what?

It showed 105 for yesterday in Parker. Its 70 here. Anything under 110 and over 90 is perfect boating weather for me.

I registered my truck here in Texas ... $78. Back in California it would've been over $400-500. I definitely don't miss that BS.
Hows the flooding. Hope your high and dry.

Can’t wait to move all my registrations over to AZ next year. I paid over $2000 in Reg Fees for all our vehicles / toys. Should be around $400 in Az. SMH

Yup,
It's bullshit!
I pay over a $1,000
for a:
2006 Truck
And few bikes, non of which are newer than 2012.

This state is bull shit!!
