DCB just delivered its latest 37R - Wild Child and it’s the best one yet! The main difference is this one has a small cabin for the kids!

Pics of the cabin that give the kids their own little area as well as a nicely finished off storage area under the deck!

That might not seem like a big deal to some, but having young kids I can tell you first hand it is something small like this that can help ignite the passion for boating into youth!

Should be noted this had zero impact on top speed or overall performance of the 37!

I can think of some things I'd do in that kid cabin... any chance a beast dude can crawl down and squeeze in there? Looks VIP Lounge worthy once I'm in.

Thanks for the post Dave! We are extremely excited to get some hours on it!! The kids cabin was 100% my wife, she used the underbelly with the couches in our F32 all the time and it was a requirement on the new boat. I told Tony I wanted a m37r and my wife wanted a kids cabin and naturally the team at DCB delivered in flawless fashion!

It was plenty of room in the seats for an adult. I’m 6’1” and I’m comfortable. We may even try to overnight on Powell once or twice with it just because!

I find it amazing a company can build a boat that can be performance oriented, and still find space to work in family needs.
Great looking boat, hope to see it in person at the lake!

Yes they do! They flip up like a center console style seat to get you up above the windshield when you are idling etc.. it also has fans that will blow on the driver and passenger that are surprisingly effective

Once again, DCB has rigging and attention to detail second to none. Hope to see your boat in person this summer TVMNick!

Speaking or new DCBs ...

What ever happened to the CC they were designing / building? I don’t recall ever seeing one.

What is in the space in front of the cabin? Looks like another finished space without seats? Great job man, this thing is something else.

That project was put on hold.
They had more customer interest in the 37 vs the CC.
I am sure @Tony DCB Boats would build you a CC if you want one, just have to find 5 or 6 others that want one.

Styles are always changing!

When they started that project CCs were all the rage - they (ccs) are obv still going strong but this twin cat OB thing took off!

Have to follow the money. IMO, CC’s are great in Florida, but in Havasu where you beach and want bow and stern access, they are not that practical for a family with kids.

Seems like they could do some fold down stairs pretty easily if they wanted access for the front.

In front of that area is just dead space, DCB doesn't finish that area and I wouldn't want to put any weight that far forward in the nose!

Thank you for the kind words, we are really excited about the way it came out! Its hard to picture as you look at renderings and you hope it will come together the way you planned. In this case the finished product was better than we had hoped, and with DCB our expectations are always high!

Thanks yes planning to be at both. Still trying to get a few things done before the season but not looking good with all shops as busy as they are. Waiting for a couple calls back today actually.

DCB posts the starting prices of each model on their facebook page IIRC, but M37r models start at $499K and work up from there. Most of them will end up in the mid to upper $5s on a flat trailer by the time you option out the build. The guys what are doing tilt trailers will end up a bit more just because of the cost of the trailer. My boat will spend 90% of its life in Powell and Havasu so I went with a flat trailer, but I know M37r #5 (the boat after mine) is getting a really elaborate tilt trailer and is going to be extremely nice!

Hopefully we can go get some boating in then! Do you still hang out with the Spring Break guys?

The shops are slammed from everything I'm seeing, I know AJ is booked through May last I heard!
