O.k., I've been way behind on the deal of the day thread so I'm going to start a new thread.
Today's deal is a pool home located on a cul-de-sac street. It was built in 2003 by Summit Homes. Has a tile roof, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a 49' deep boat bay. It's located at the end of the cul-de-sac so the lot is shaped kinda like a pie slice.
