Ya know, if you're gonna go to the trouble and expense of building a jet/rocket powered go cart, why would you scrimp on the trailer it rides on?? Jeez that trailer should have at least dual axle, if not triple, you know, just for the cool factor!

3 years ago I would have said sign me up. Now, not so much although I'd like to watch someone take it for a spin.

Mr Gluhareff had this version at the Van Nuys air show. The engine glows orange hot. Demonstrating it he stood up in the seat to reach out and adjust the fuel/air mixture, lost his balance and both butt checks and nut sac landed on the orange hot engine.

We used to watch him at OCIR in the early 70s.The only way to shut down was to run out of fuel,he did that at half track coasted the rest of the way. Ran 6.01 at almost 200mph in the quarter mile..
