Just rolled up a bunch of enchiladas. Did a red sauce with some pork butt I smoked a couple of weeks back.

Last night we made about 180 tamales so we got those on tap too!

Smoked pork chipotle
Cilantro lime chicken
Poblano and cheese
Jalapeño and cheese
Just cheese for the kidos

Store bought fried chicken, cole slaw, Jo Jo's, beans. Mrs Hman made potato salad. After dinner was a carrot cake that said "Happy 100th. We went to my lifelong buddy's Mothers birthday. I've never been to a 100 party before !
