Anybody use them? Good/Bad? How big are the mounting bases? Looking at 12' Whips rated for 5000 LBS..

If I had a water front house I would use them along with dock boules. I always liked the way they work though holding th e bost way from the dock.

Pulling the trigger on a set of these. Does any body have a set and know what the dimensions of the base are? Thinking of using angle iron on our dock to mount them to. Web site has no info on dimensions. I did shoot a email to the company looking for info..

Moor-King whips are very high quality. Our old house required that we tied our Howard up while we were there. Open water, storms, and surf wakes are the norm and they performed flawlessly.

We have them and they work great. Bases are roughly 6"x6" and mounted to the decking on the dock
