WELCOME TO RIVER DAVES PLACE

Does anyone have any of these kind of shipping container covers and how do you like them?

I don't know for sure....but does the Bunker Bar have that? Looking at pictures, it's different - but another option.

This guy I occasionally watch on YouTube has one, seems like a great solution. I considered one for storage at work but it ended up being far too expensive.

A neighbor down the road has a huge container arch deal. 40ft containers, maybe 30ft apart. I believe it is closed in on one side. They use it as a hay barn, and have for about 4 years. It has held up in pretty high winds, hail and monsoons.

I think you could frame up some metal stud decking and the sheet it with plywood and the use that white rubber roofing paint and it would last longer and not get messed with when windy.

What hight do you need?

Maybe a carport shade - metal like what depot sells

That’s gonna be my new temporary shop when we move (unless containers are more expensive than stick built by the time we can make it happen)

the container and pvc shades are illegal in havasu city, and i think county... lake have won't allow metal buildings at all un less they are finished to match the house... like in stucco... metal shade can only have 2 sides also... you can do this, but not with the wires, and they have to be engineered to wind and snow load.... no wires...plus it's such a big pain in the ass process that most companys won't in stall in havasu..

Just a quick pic off the net.

Several companies make that type of structure

Versa tube
Arrow

If you set up some like that make sure it is attached to the ground really well ! The wind and UPLIFT (wanting to lift and blow away ) is the most important part of the install
