That skit was a long time ago, did something suddenly happen that prompted Fallon to apologize? I haven't seen anything online about anything leading up to it, just that he apologized for doing it. Maybe just felt the need to "get out in front of it" ... He was doing an impression/impersonation for fucks sake people need to get a grip. Will Billy Crystal be next, apologizing for his Sammy Davis Jr. routine?
