Im trying to help my dad figure this out. He has a 2017 4 seater rzr. It’s all done up with suspension by desert works but currently has 30 inch off road tires that are not DOT approved. His build sheet shows method bead lock 15’s for wheels but method’s website shows 14’s as their biggest rzr wheel.

What wheel & tire combo would you guys recommend for AZ street and dirt road exploring?

Currently looking at the method 402 wheel.

Thanks in advance!

I think we could all get a better idea of what your asking for if you post pics of said rzr and don’t for get to the new suspension!

I’ll see if i can get some pics tomorrow.

Am I not making sense? He needs a DOT approved tire to run the rzr on the street right? I figured there would have been a popular combo, rim size and tire/size/brand to run.

Your making sense, I was just joking and wanted to see a pic of the rzr and the suspension. I don’t think, know for sure, if the stock tires are dot approved...

I don’t think it really matters much if he doesn’t have a dot tire, I have bead lock rims on both of my jeeps nd have never been stopped or asked....

oh crap I just jinxed myself now.....

I run Tensor Regulators, 28x10x14. DOT legal.

I thought you can’t run off road tires/not dot approved on the street in AZ?

I’ve never thought twice about it, nobody I know with a rzr worries about it either. The big things cops look for are mirrors and a license plate light.

Cops don’t pay attention to that, but easiest way to fix the “not for hiway use” stamp on the sidewall is a flapper wheel and a quick light buff.... the armor all

I like the dash any info on it? Perfect for a gps!

Rzr looks beefy and ready to tackle anything!

The Lo profile roof rack is something I’ll have added when I get one, I had to look again to notice it
