Drive won't go all the way down

I just changed the oil on my IMCO drive and the reservoir, and when I took it out, it would move in both up and done directions, but it won't go all the way down, per both visual inspection ( after I pulled the boat out) and the trim indicator showed it not going all the way down. Makes a huge difference on my Ultra Shadow! Help please...

Did u mess with the trim limit sender?

No. All i did was replace the fluid in the drive and reservoir. I did turn the reservoir upsidedown to empty it. i was careful not to overextend any wires, but not 100% sure...
